Welcome Mustang Families,

We are so happy that you are a part of our school community! Mountain View Elementary School is a special place to be.

We are a diverse school community of approximately 625 students located in Central Visalia. Our student body is comprised of students who speak a variety of languages in their homes, and we see our diversity as an area of strength.

Mountain View Elementary School serves students in both a monolingual capacity as well as within a dual language immersion program. Both programs focus on developing students as academic scholars who show MUSTANG P.R.I.D.E. (positivity, respect, integrity, discipline, and excellence). We aspire to launch students who are college and career ready, and our CAASPP test scores demonstrate that we are growing stronger in this area every year.

Parent involvement is also an important part of the life of our school, and we encourage and support your involvement in our classrooms as well as within our school events.
